This is me, after 25+ hours to Canada. Not looking so good...

That's better than I'd look after a 25-hour flight. By the fifteenth hour I'd strongly resemble one of the zombies from THE WALKING DEAD.

And not the ones with all their limbs.

Amazing work done here. You look great. Did you document the transformation with a blog or anything? Very interested in hearing your story.

 

Alas no...no blog. That would have required time and a conscious understanding of what I was doing. In reality, I was spending too much time either at the gym...or exhausted from workouts to document anything. Hell, my own aversion to photos of myself meant that there were very few photos of the process. I did not even know that the before picture existed until a friend of mine posted it on Facebook not too long ago...to my horror

I've seen some weight transformations before, but yours deserves some serious kudos. Your willpower and dedication must have been a combination for the record books!

 

Hahaha this was me after the trip to Australia - the flight there was was for some reason. The stop over was surreal. We were plonked in a strange transition zone for four hours in Seoul where some fellow passenger talked to me about Boyzone - a defunct Irish boyband.

Good. Hard day at work. Nothing in the fridge - cannot be arsed to go to the market. So frying. Which is annoying. As i am on a sorta diet which kinda nudges me to eat-only-boiled-veggies. But couldnt be bothered to go to the supermarket.

Thanks for the comment on the smile. I dont think i have many pics of me smiling. Maybe i need to change what i eat hehehe
