Ah, "Sleep all day, Party all night, never grow old, never die, it's fun to be a vampire". My friends and I tried to live by that tag line during the 80's.

Since we're doing old photos, here's one of me with my sister, 1986 (she was trying on her wedding dress):

I think a bug flew at me right as the shutter snapped. And with that hair, I look like a boy. :(

I have a ton of these, I need to get them on my computer!

ETA- my mom's wedding photo (the one put in the newspaper announcement):

My niece and nephew's Easter baskets. I have made it my mission to stuff them full of sugar, then sit back and cackle maniacally as my brother deals with them.

That is the best part of being an aunt---spoil the kids rotten and then hand them back to your sibling.

I never got the chance to spoil my niece or nephews. Closest I got, I think, was taking my oldest nephew to see the '04 Dawn of the Dead. He liked it, I cringed.

That's what uncles are for. :D

Sent something similar, two Purdy's Easter packs of chocolate goody's with some extra Chocolate eggs to my sister back east so I imagine I'll get a call from some hyper buzzing 3 & 5 year old's,
"Thanks Uncle Bill",

^ Awesome. Lucky little kiddos.;)

I did the same thing recently. But I always feel too guilty giving them much sugar, so in the end I packed the basket with colouring books and crayons and stuff with only a little chocolate. Kept the rest for... a rainy day.

Oh, yes. "Uncle Johnnyboy made us Easter baskets! Look at all the candy! He said you would thank him for it later!" :D

Yeah, but you've got to love them and like what they like. :D

Oh, and the trick is to always make sure they all get something shiny and nice, just like everyone else. So I made sure when I loaded up the baskets that each one got exactly what the other one got. I learned fast on that one!

Oh, they get coloring books, stickers, and crayons, too. I just couldn't put them in the basket. My niece loves to color, and she loves My Little Pony, so I'm always getting her MLP coloring books, and you'd think I get her diamonds and jewelry, she loves them so much. It just makes my heart fill to overflowing, and then she colors in them, and brings me the colored pages to put on my wall, and each one is a little testament to how much she loves me. :adore:

Excuse me, I'm going to go cry now.

Oh yeah between Christmas and Easter "Unka Bill" here spoils them, they celebrate their Birthdays 3 days apart except for leap years.
Just wish I could get out to see them.
