Thanks, KM. :)

Ken's my cousin on my mom's side. My great-grandmother was a Farmer and he runs the most successful antiques appraisal business in the region. I've met him a few times at family reunions and other get-togethers. He's always busy and out of town...the extended family doesn't get to see much of him because he's always on the road shooting ROADSHOW.

On my way home earlier this evening:

Boathouse

I love the colour and composition, very nice :techman:

Here are some of my attempts at photography:

My daughter turned two on Saturday and we had an Elmo themed party for her. My wife made the dress.

She's two already!!
Dang time flies. I remember when you got married and she was a baby.
I feel like that relative you never see.(At least I have one of those)

How fun, I remember the times of Elmo with my youngest. I'll have to see if I can find a shot of him and his Elmo costume now.

(He's 12, now it's Call of Duty and Zelda...)

I was down in Florida with the family visiting Walt Disney World. Was able to sneak away and go catch a Braves spring training game, they happen to be playing the Mets. So being a Mets fan, I couldn't pass up this opportunity to try and get a few decent shots.

My cousin Ken Farmer, one of the regular lineup of appraisers on PBS's ANTIQUES ROADSHOW with a Mississippi woman and her collection of 1827 watercolor portraits. Ken's been on the show for years and it's kinda cool to have a relative on an internationally televised public television show.

I don't think we get that type of goose around here... very cool looking... and the lamb is so cute!

The Mill Mountain Star. The largest freestanding artificial star in the world...100 feet tall...2,000 feet of neon tubing...and a Roanoke as well as regional landmark since Thanksgiving of 1949.

Captain Craig beat me to the punch on this.... it's crazy that she's two already! It seems like just recently you and OrionSlaveGirl were here announcing that she was coming.

Larrrrrrrrrry, Larrrrrrrrrry!

I miss those teams being rivals as they were in the late 90s, that plus all the vitriol over Rocker and his idiot comments made for fun times at Shea.

There were several Mets fans sitting around where I was sitting and every time he got to the plate, the Larry chant would start. It was only 3 or 4 guys and it was funny.

Tell me about! My wife is becoming a bit sad that she's not a baby anymore. I sense another pregnancy rapidly approaching.
