Is there a list of all the Excelsior or Captain Sulu related novels? The Captain's Daughter, The Sundered & Forged in Fire come to mind. Are there others?

Those are the only print novels that center primarily on Captain Sulu of the Excelsior. But he and his ship make appearances in Mere Anarchy: Its Hour Come Round, The Fearful Summons, The Ashes of Eden, and Burning Dreams.
