I assume you mean Romana II as played by lalla ward? She was sophisticated, intelligent and loads of fun. I had a serious crush on her as a teen. They should bring her back. yes they should. She has been established as being in charge of Gallifrey in books and audios only to get dissed when the powers that be decided to resurrect Rassilon instead of placing her as President at the very climax of the Time War!

^Always? I mean Six is my least favourite but I wouldn't discount the possibility that some right muppet will be hired as the 12th or 13th Doctor who I might end up disliking more

The best Doctor was Jon Pertwee as he was the Doctor as my love of science-fiction was developing.
My favourite Doctor is Peter Davison for getting me back into Doctor Who after some very poor Tom Baker stories.

For companions, Sarah Jane is my favorite, a class by herself really. Others in the classic series were Leela, Ace, and Romana II. In the new series my favorite by far has been Donna. There are few companions that I wanted ushered out the door except for Rose and Adric.

I hate to say it, but Jon Pertwee is my least favorite. I've tried to get into his episodes, but he's just too damn bossy and self-important, and often comes across as condescending to his Companions. And that lisp is annoying as hell.

^ Clearly you included a huge typo in that message and wrote 'Jon Pertwee' when you mean to write 'Colin Baker.' It's probably not too late to edit it.
I'm joining the Romana II-is-favorite-companion bandwagon.
I am perhaps most fond of 70s Who so I tend to graviate between Pertwee and Baker and their respective companions as favorites. I also like the Master as originally played by Roger Delgado and then the actors playing the makeup in the Tom Baker episodes "The Deadly Assassin" and "The Keeper of Traken."
Favorite: The Fifth. Not a popular choice but his Doctor, I felt, had the most depth and certainly the most humanity. I thought Davison's performance was brilliant and even his worst episode is elevated by the fact that he's in it.
Least: The Tenth. An even less popular opinion but I just didn't think Tennant was good in the role. I hear he's a great actor but I felt he wasn't very good in Doctor Who. In certain cases he worked but those were far and few between.

Difficult.
I've only seen a handful of the serials involving 1-3. Slightly more familar with the 4th but whilst I do remember seeing some f the 4th Docotr when they first aired, My Doctor like DT's is the 5th. So I guess he'll always be special as for least favourite it has to be the 6th. Favourite might be the 10th.
