A new Home Depot cashier:

Congratulations! I used to work at Lowe's as a cashier, until I was moved over to plumbing, where I allayed my soul crushing fear of heights by singing songs by the Gap band, out loud, to amused customers below, while I, terrified, brought down cast iron tubs and tub surrounds.

Here's our oversized ball of drooling love with our younger son last summer.

There's a Han Solo and Chewbacca reference here. I just know it (cute kid, adorable dog! ).

At the risk of sounding like a total douche, I am getting really sick of black & white couple photos where the couple's faces are so closer together that they can't possible see anything except their partner's blurry nose. Come on, photographers, let's try something a little more creative!

Black and white couples' photos might be something of a cliche in this day and age, but Squig's is very cute. Most of them don't bother me in any way.
