^ with her boyfriend, Bill. Together, the 3 of us flew through all 4 seasons of BattleStar Galactica (their first and probably my 4th run-through) over last winter. Lots of great Friday and Saturday nights together. They became incredibly emotionally tied to the show, of course. Now all my season sets are over at her apartment and that's just fine by me; )

It amazes me to think of how much time has passed and how much your kids, Dama's, Kass's, Frontline's etc. have grown up since I first knew all of you back in '06. Tempus fugit, indeed...

Thanks, George They were all just little things seems like just not so long ago. Scary... but truly, truly wonderful. My son Alex enlisted in the Navy yesterday... he's leaving for boot camp in February so we had a nice celebration last night. Grown up, indeed

Wow. Time really has flown by! It cheers me though that your son is continuing a proud family tradition. My grandfather and grandmother were both in the Navy as well, so I carry a special place in my heart and mind for the Navy.

My sister got engaged a few weeks ago, so I know what you mean re: little kids suddenly being all grown up. WHEN DID THAT HAPPEN?

Ironically, we all think they look the most alike to each other. Its probably not readily apparent in these pics as they are each a year apart. I've been told I simultaneously look exactly like our third brother and also not at all like him. Its weird.

Thanks for the compliment about my sister... but I feel I should point out that she was 13 in that photo, so I would humbly ask that any further comments about her be made in a civil manner. (which is not to say you didn't do that, I'm just really sensitive about what people say about her here. I appreciate you though keeping it classy.)
