Sexy ou Creepy?

The lens flares were a direct reaction of the electric sexual magnetism between she and I when our lips met for the first time. It was so hot it was blinding to everyone around us.

What's up with the OP using the same version of the conversation? I can't believe it's possible that both parties remembered exactly the same words and events... What happened to realism?

A real man's perspective would include more hesitation and uncertainty in the refusal.

Oh, those bridges. I'm starting to think I'd...

You know, let's meet in my home town. Venice.

Was that too subtle now?

On a more serious note, it begs the question, seriously:

Had TSQ's initial reporting been as I've described here: the male perspective of (roughly) the same event, would that be perceived as "sexy" or "creepy?"
Just as in tsq's Thread, both opinions would be represented. It would probably skew more heavily toward "Creepy," because of a) The current climate of political correctness and b) the double standard that still exists in sexual politics.

But it's really just a question of how successful the encounter was. People flirt and make passes all the time, most often are unsuccessful and move on. In this case, the flirtation was successful and both parties experienced a memorable moment. Therefore, the only correct response is "Sexy." :mallory:

RJ, While I obviously agree with how you see the incident you gotta admit you miss no opportunity to go on a rant about the "current climate of political correctness" and the boring Zeitgeist.

:)

True. I am an observer and commentator on the Human condition. And I definitely don't like the way things have been going. :D

And I don't really rant so much as make the occasional comment. I admire a good rant, though. George Carlin was the master at ranting over Human foibles.
