I'm going to wager that no one will be able to guess what I was watching tonight.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say the Denver Broncos.

But I'd rather guess Star Trek.:bolian:

I was hoping it was a Buffalo Bills game. But never mind.

My Bills always get the shaft.

Try being a Bengals fan. ;)

I'm having a lot of fun with this Steampunk theme. I drew this today in Starbucks, and am drawing at least a few times a week in public from now on -- I was there only an hour and 4 people came up and asked for my card!

What do you guys think? Right now I'm offering fine art prints (very high quality print) in 12x16 for $45 a pop, but they're not flying of the virtual shelf. Do you guys think I'd sell more if I offered them in like a postcard size for around $20, or on cheaper print paper for around $30, that they'd sell more?

That is AWESOME. I know nothing about what's popular in art right now, but I would assume that postcard size would always practical.

Have you EVER posted anything other than pictures?
of course
I am mostly on the general trek board and when I'm in the mood I post screencaps
Do you ALWAYS complain?

No, not always. I just don't like you.

Shameless, I'd say about 70% of the problems we have to deal with in this thread stem from things you've said, and yet you rarely, if ever, contribute photos of your own from what I've seen. If you don't actively participate in the entire point of the thread and can't control yourself well enough to not cause frequent problems, then maybe you should stop posting in the thread altogether, because as it stands we're pretty fed up with giving you friendlies and infractions and still having to deal with more problems cropping up every few months.

I would rather think larger would be more interesting, like poster size, but I don't know how much more expensive that would be.

I don't know how it all works, but I'd suggest offering some type of medium size prints and then doing a postcard size set of three or four of the marker illustrations. Sometimes people like grouping something like that on the wall.

Thanks. I couldn't have said it better :)

I don't see the big deal here. This is a picture thread. boco posts pictures in that thread. What part of this is unclear?

I would offer several different sizes. I also sell greeting cards and postcards, and various other things like notebooks and pillow.

And speaking of that: My "Clever Seagulls" arrived.

Grab 'em while they're hot, folks. Support independent creators. Down with the establishment. :mallory:
