Actually, more than one.We will find out, however, that Uhura has a penis.
I predict this. Lots of it.

In a sharp U-turn back toward seriousness:
If the Klingons go to war against the Romulans, there might be some Vulcans who agree with the Klingons. Spock might sympathize but, for him, I don't think it would go any further than that.
The Klingons could drive the Fedeartion and the Romulans closer together; maybe even toward becoming allies. In a case like this relations between the powers in New Trek would go the exact opposite direction of Old Trek; and help make future entries more unpredictable.
what if it's just a quiet drama about Spock coming to grips with the death of his mother, and Kirk brooding about losing Uhura to Spock?
No threats, no battles, just good character studies.
No? too experimental?

I'll go so far as to predict that the movie won't waste time with galactic politics. They're probably not going to talk about what the Romulans and Klingons are doing as a whole unless it ties into a TV series or something like it, because that's where that kind of thing belongs. The movie will likely focus on the Enterprise and at most two different adversaries (although I'm still counting on just one), and likely not their entire governments. These movies will probably try to be politically lite.
47 Klingon battlecruisers were destroyed by Nero.
To split a hair or two, the exact reference in the movie is "... forty-seven Klingon Birds Of Prey...".

I agree and I don't think it would be the main focus, just that it would be in the background. One or two lines or a debriefing at most.

I'm pretty sure they never said what the 47 klingons ships were.
This is what I find:I am extremely sure that the term "birds of prey" was used at least once.
