The Dominion.

Considering where they were when last we saw them...

THIS!

Nothing more frustrating than a permanently unresolved cliffhanger.
In one of DRGIII's teases on his facebook page he mentioned the Gamma Quadrant, so there is a chance we might see them next year.
Maybe DRG3 will write The Further Adventures of the Even Odds Crew featuring Taran'atar, parts 1 & 2, which will lead us to the Ascendancy storyline - and you know the books are both going to be long.

I want to find out what happened to Odo and Loss and the remnants of the Dominion in the Gamma Quadrant.

Stone from A Rock and a Hard Place
Astrid Kemal from Infiltrator
The Herans from Infiltrator
The Hive from Objective: Bajor
Grim Vargo from Before Dishonor
The Enterprise crew from Early Voyages comic
The characters from Starfleet Academy comic

Chief engineer Moves-With-Burning-Grace from Early Voyages was referenced in SCE: Where Time Stands Still and in Burning Dreams. Pava from Starfleet Academy is a recurring character in the Titan series.

I'd be interested to see how Ens. Naraht's career turned out.

He was taken for granite and became a stoner.

Piper (from Dreadnaught)

Captain Piper and Captain Sarda were last seen in the crowd on the covers of "The Captain's Table" books.

Teska (Mind Meld) and is she Syboks daughter?
Teska was part of the team in "Genesis Wave 3", IIRC. (Or did I dream that?) Then-Viacom Licensing refused to allow John Vornholt to reveal her as Sybok's daughter in "Mind Meld".

The crew of the USS Da Vinci from the star trek S.C.E. books
We saw the Da Vinci crew in A Singular Destiny. The only ones I remember for sure are Capt. Sonya Gomez is now Captain of the Da Vinci after (I think) Gold retired, and Corsi is now her XO. I can't remember anything else ATM and Memory Beta doesn't say much more than that.

James T. Kirk. His last 24th century adventure, Captain's Glory, came out ages ago.

Yeah, didn't that end with Kirk coming up with some sort of awesome idea for what he and his friends were going to do next that was never actually told to the reader?

Sounds like the ending to the original Italian Job, which ended with them teetering on the cliff and one saying "I have an idea" before the credits rolled.

Did Maje Culluh (VOY) remain leader of his sect after "Basics," or was his life completely changed?

Chief O'Brien - Even if he stays in the teaching job it would be cool to see him called in for expert consultation or something on occasion.
