Yeah, then Jayson told everyone he was going to put a picture of a since-departed poster in his "spank-bank," thus erupting a huge discussion, debate and forum of complaining about how women are treated poorly here.

Contextually, those of us who remember that protracted discussion tend not to appreciate potentially seedy comments like the one SmoothieX just made.

So I've been lurking in this thread long enough and I've decided, I'm going to post a few photos, some of me, some of me and my better half and some photos she has taken of the London skyline.

Have I mentioned I've been in a relationship with the same woman for 10.5 years (met in Bozeman, MT for all us Trek geeks). I'm happy to make an off color joke, especially if it seems someone can take it, but in reality, I'm really rather boring and pedantic.

You're most welcome my friend. I just get sick of everybody reading offense into every damn thing anymore. Pretty soon nobody will be able to sat hi to another person anymore because it'll be seen as a rights violation or a lewd come-on. I miss the days when people weren't so uptight.

I just get sick of everybody reading offense into every damn thing anymore. I miss the days when people weren't so uptight.

People who consistently say offensive things tend to feel this way often. It must be everyone else.

We have a history in this forum and in this thread especially of people making inappropriate comments towards other's pictures - male and female - that have led to major fights and a few people leaving the board. Therefore we tend to discourage over-the-line and borderline comments, even if the person it's directed at doesn't take offense or the person who made it is a good poster who had no ill intent. It's just trying to make things a more comfortable environment for the most people.

Obviously, not everyone can be happy. Some will think it went too far, and others will think it didn't go far enough. But the best you can is try to find a middle ground between not driving people away with loose rules and not creating an oppressive atmosphere of over-moderation.

Regardless, if you have a problem with the mod's instructions, I suggest you take it up with Bonz or one of the other admins instead of continuing to argue the point here.

Seriously though. That model is one of the best cars I've driven. An thats not a short list, might I add.
