I agree with TheSeeker. Having attempted a Cyclops costume when I was about the same age, I can definitely appreciate the degree of difficulty and the work that went into that. Nicely done.
I remember making the costume with the intent to wear it to a funeral a local comic shop was doing for the death of Superman, and I also wore it to school for Halloween. The cape was made from a shower curtain with magnets in the bottom to give it a little weight, both sides painted the appropriate color, with a cardboard insert folded into the top for the extension behind the head, and I hand painted the logo on a sweatshirt. That would have come out better but I forgot to put a coat of white primer on first so the yellow circle was a little washed out. I would have done the mask too but my 80's politician glasses wouldn't accommodate it.
