Did anyone else just hate Enterprise at first, then by the end come to love it? That's what happened to me. At first I didn't even feel it was Star Trek, particularly with that awful theme song. There seemed too many Americans in there, not enough Brits (just the one). The sets didn't look Trek (too realistic!). And the whole idea of there being an Enterprise before Kirk's seemed blasphemous. Yet by the end I realised this sure was Trek, came to love the characters and the series in it's own right. Trip, at first I thought he was a redneck, turned out to be a great guy and one of my favourite characters. Archer was good, but realistically flawed captain.
