That was horrible, especially as I was in love with her by the time it happened. Ugh, what a narcissist asshole.
Degra's murder was also shocking and violent, but not on the disturbing level of Persis.
Yet another reason to despise TATV!!

I loath Riker and I must have blocked out that scene. Made me shudder looking at that pic. And yes he IS a perv.
Persis being murdered was pretty bad. Degra's murder was especially awful for me in that his murderer tells him as he is dying how he is going to go out and kill Degra's family. That would be a terrible image to have in your mind as you die.
I found "Genesis" a somewhat silly/annoying/disturbing episode of Next Generation. A few scenes just plain startled me- Worf suddenly spitting venom in Dr. Crusher's face... Spider-Barclay's face suddenly appearing n front of Picard beyond the engineering console. A little like "Nightmare at 20,000 Feet" in that you jump in your chair a bit, but then laugh because the actual look of the effect is not really that scary... So maybe not disturbing, but startling....

The whole episode 'The Thaw' was pretty disturbing.
Which fanfic, because I've got a scene in my head of one too. Two scenes actually.
