Polar Lights TMP Enterprise a year later

Even a year after I finished the model I still did some painting changes and now just finished the shuttles. Here are a few pics of it currently:

I can see the pictures. Birdog, try quoting Snoopy's post, switching the editor mode (click the little "a/A" box in the upper right corner) and copy/paste one of the image URLs into your browser. Does it load an image?

Coooooool. I am waiting for my Trek Modeller lights to arrive before I start mine but I'm dreading it since it's the first model I've build since I was a child. I also have a full set of Citadel Miniatures from 1980 which I want to paint as part of the display. Ideally I'd like to get some duplicate figures made to make even more of the crew using head swaps. I think I could get up to about 50 crewman using this method - including rhaandarites, betelgeusian, saurians, andorians, tellarites, caitian, vulcan, deltans, zaranites, and arcturians - should be awesome.

I have my PL kit taped together as a test fitting at the mo.

Im off next month for a week and starting the painting process.

The lighting kit will have to wait though as im in the UK and havnt the cash at the moment.

Havnt built a model properly for at least 11 years or so.

No, not this one. This is my second model and it came with the Azec paneling decals but I opted not to do it because I didn't trust myself enough to do it. Also I think the decals are not subtle enough for the scale and didn't look right on some photos of it I've seen on line. However I have another that I have to fix and put together and will make that the -A and might try the decals on that one.

Yeah it does. Why can't I see them in the post though?

Edit: Because he's not using a real image host but is instead using facebook.
