The last time I was banned on TWOP was because I used too many one lined sentences. It was a total of three in one pos in the same thread over 10 people had done more and all were posting after I was banned (I don't know if they were warned). So I only post in the Ratings thread there as Stupid Colt, and no one has ever complained about my numerous one line sentences.

But yeah they are absolutely nuts.

I lurked for a couple days on the TWOP forums, a few years back (before I got into SPN). Never again. The mods take themselves way too seriously over there.

As to the ratings, we ranked #2 for the week in viewers, adults 18-49 and adults 18-34 (more surprised by this as SPN and for that matter Smallville don't have spikes in adults 18-34 that so many of the other CW shows have shows how sad and pathetic the CW really is).

You're Stupid Colt? Excellent. I thought you were the voice of reason. They ban people at the drop of a hat. Only the haters are left. Tennison has a hair trigger temper. I had one warning before this "for starting the Sam/Dean flame wars" when I made a perfectly legitimate observation about the characters as compared to one another. I wasn't saying one was better, nor was I bitching that one got more screen time. Then the others started fighting and Tennison warned me for "starting it." Now you can't even make a neutral observation. Apparently he thought I was trying to stir up trouble again. What a douche. I can totally believe he'd toss a warning for something like "one line sentences."

I looked up Tennison just to see what all the fuss it about, and come up with lines like these on other message boards:

"I've never seen a forum where they restrict the pronouns that can be used."

"My account was suspended for four days last week because I used two exclamation points in a post."

"He started a separate thread that says links only , so you can post links and he will merge the 2 when his menstrual period finishes on sunday."

"I was warned and suspended at one time because I had started posting about the performance show one minute earlier than the 'allowed' time."

Maybe it's time to start a new thread here ripping TWOP.

Yeah, I don't get it. Were the sentences too long or too short?

Sorry I should have said my paragraphs were too short (one line), And again it happened twice on one rather long post I made, and it was "quotes" if I remember correctly.

I loved last nights episode, the acting was rather sharp, the production design was limited by interesting and the dialogue was sharp. My favorite was:

"Insert Dean comment here."

Doing that twice in a post that was about as long as my largest post on the first page of this thread. Yep that was a ban.

So-so episode though there's something perversely entertaining about Metallicar stalking Dean and some really creepy mannequins. Almost worth it just for the title.

I wonder if people with older monitors get banned more often than the ones with the widescreens because they can't judge their line length. Do people that run at lower resolution get banned more often?
