Yum! Recipe please? Pretty please?
I'm a huge Alton Brown fan, so I mostly make his recipe's.

English Muffins
Recipe courtesy Alton Brown

Prep Time:15 minInactive Prep Time:30 minCook Time:12 min
Level:
Intermediate
Serves:
8 to 10 muffins
Ingredients
1/2 cup non-fat powdered milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon shortening
1 cup hot water
1 envelope dry yeast
1/8 teaspoon sugar
1/3 cup warm water
2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
Non-stick vegetable spray
Special equipment: electric griddle, 3-inch metal rings, see Cook's Note*
Directions
In a bowl combine the powdered milk, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, shortening, and hot water, stir until the sugar and salt are dissolved. Let cool. In a separate bowl combine the yeast and 1/8 teaspoon of sugar in 1/3 cup of warm water and rest until yeast has dissolved. Add this to the dry milk mixture. Add the sifted flour and beat thoroughly with wooden spoon. Cover the bowl and let it rest in a warm spot for 30 minutes.

Preheat the griddle to 300 degrees F.

Add the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of salt to mixture and beat thoroughly. Place metal rings onto the griddle and coat lightly with vegetable spray. Using #20 ice cream scoop, place 2 scoops into each ring and cover with a pot lid or cookie sheet and cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Remove the lid and flip rings using tongs. Cover with the lid and cook for another 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown. Place on a cooling rack, remove rings and cool. Split with fork and serve.

*Cook's Note: Small tuna cans with tops and bottoms removed work well for metal rings.

It's a little blurry since I took it with my iPhone, but here's my daughter entertaining herself at Chpaters yesterday.

She's getting so big. Still cute as a button, though.

Taken last summer at camp. First time that I see this picture, and I must say that I'm liking it :)

My grandma bought me this sweatervest for Christmas, so I decided to wear it to work tonight. I have never worn a sweatervest before.

^ Looks good on you, mate. I have a similar one. I hated them back in the days but i've grown fond of them for some reason...

They're actually really versatile. I have a two or three, and keep meaning to add a couple more in different shades.

Great under jackets, because they don't add bulk to your arms. Great with french-cuffed shirts, because they don't have sleeves that would have to stretch over the cuffs/cufflinks. And they can add a nice splash of colour/interest to a look very simply.

Heh, i love "dogs in the snow" pictures. What kind of dogs are they?

Juno is a Chiweenie (Chihuahua/Daschund), Cole is a Miniature Schnauzer. My mom also has a Mini Schnauzer named Chloe, and that poodle in the other picture is Double Stuff, my sister's dog.

One of my latest jewelry projects:

It's a lot smaller than the pic. :p It will be part of a necklace with a travel theme.

This is the reason they are one of my favourite items as well. Sometimes you want a bit more warmth, but you can't wear a sweater under many jackets (depending on cut).

And I'm the gay one ...

;)
