Last weekend I took my oldest to a scout sleepover sponsored by the local NHL team.

We got to watch Mighty Ducks II on the HD scoreboard, tour the pressbox, but the coolest thing by far was watching the arena get changed from hockey to basketball. It was like a giant jigsaw puzzle.

Well I've only ever used a Canon so my experience is limited to what I have, but I've been quite happy with my Rebel XT.
