Have the screen flashing between two scenarios where Lionel is shaking Oliver by the hand claiming to be proud of him and the emerald archers parents by the neck.

This is an episode I would use Chloe.

Maybe as a teen bride for Lionel, or possibly as some sex slave he keeps tied up crying in his dungeon when he is elsewhere.

I mean remember how delightful it was to see sweet and innocent Hoshi Sato from Enterprise's In a Mirror Darkly transformed into Whoreshi , who fucked and murdered and lied and stole her way to the top.

This is actually written by one of my favorite writers one the show, Bryan Q. Miller who has been writing an awesome "Batgirl" ongoing right now. Out of all the alternate universes they could have explored I'm disappointed that they have created another one of their own and that's it's not remotely interesting to me.
