It's such a refreshing feeling to go on triple-digit Facebook purges. You just feel more complete and with a new sense of privacy.

God knows how - raw sexual beastiness methinks.

Re Ethan: Thanks man! He is a great kid.

I haven't posted in here in quite a long time, but I just finally uploaded some pictures I took last year of my old college campus that I thought turned out really cool looking (even though they were quick and dirty picks with a digital camera).

I also went to an Anything But Clothes party last week, so this is what I ended up wearing.

I think I needed a tie or something.

That looks like something from the Grace Jones collection. :rommie: All you need is a tiny pill box hat.

I went to several of those parties when I was your age. I once dressed in cereal boxes (I love cereal) and another time I made a suit out of brown paper bags and box tape. The last time I went to one I showed up in a clear plastic shower curtain with a woven colored condom belt and three KY boxes duck-taped together for underwear. I love those kinds of parties and finding found objects to wear as clothes is lots of fun.

Yeah, there were people with some pretty creative outfits. Mine was kinda last minute, so I had to piece something together.

Excellent, now I have a screen name to go with the face. (I saw a comment you made on FB the other day, and was wondering who you were, since it was clear from the context that you were a member here.)

But I bet you can read your entire daily news feed in about ten minutes. It takes me over an hour while I'm eating dinner - at last count, I had 528 friends.

I have no idea how a few of my friends manage it - I know some people who have a few thousand friends. I suspect they only keep up with a subset, or they only read the comments on their own posts. (I'm not even counting the small handful of celebrities on my friend list. I added Christopher Rice, the author, with whom I have mutual friends, the other day - and he has nearly 5,000 friends there.)

The odd thing about is that of those 526, I think there are only 30 or so whom I don't actually know personally or through this place. So it's not like I'm just adding people willy-nilly. And most of those are friends of friends. (The ones that make me go "huh?" are the authors who have sent me friend requests. There have been times when I've said to myself, "How the heck did they find me? I've never met them. I've never even read any of their books!" I figure they're seeing me on mutual friends' lists.)

i don't actually read my news posts. i barely even bother with it. i only really joined to see what an old college friend was up to, and then i got other college or school friends adding me. i've got like 3 people from here as friends, one from another forum and everyone else is either a school/college friend or a mate from my limited social circle.

oh, and i'm 'friends' with a couple of companies/films/tv shows...

Alright, time for more baby pictures!

These were taken at a Gymboree Halloween party. It was the first of three costumes she wore this year.

And here's what we plan to use for our Christmas card. I'm still not sure if she looks too serious or not.
