Do robots ever appear in SGU?

ReadyAndWilling

Fleet Captain
hey guys, i tried getting into SGU, but the 3 episode pilot was just too hard to watch.

what are some great action or sci-fi based episodes of the show that i can watch? i dont want to go through the seasons and the endure all the drama.

thanks

Time, contrary to all the praise, sucked. It's basically a time travel/reset button episode, that doesn't even show the reset button being pressed. "Oh it's an artistic thing. It shows integrity or something to not spell it out." Whatever, I still didn't like it.

The episode itself isn't all that great either. All I remember is Eli and Rush having a particularly painfully emo discussion about death and their beliefs in the (non) exisitence of an afterlife. Since it's a reset button, nothing if any real relevance happens. In fact, the only thing that makes this episode worthy of being mentioned again is that it's here where they mention what medical condition Eli's mother is afflicted with.

But no, robots never appear in SGU. Unless you count that repair drone seen in Faith and Sabotage, which is referred to as a robot.

Painfully emo? That was one of the best scene in the franchise history.

When I watch Stargate I don't want to be reminded that my body is going to one day be a nightclub for worms, nor do I want to ponder what might lay beyond. I'll take the silly antics of Jack O'Neill or Rodney McKay over that any day.

Yeah, the way it ended, I was fully expecting the next episode to be "Time: Part 2." I was really disappointed that they chose to end it that way.
