It'll take a while to see results. When I start a new program it normally takes a few months before I see big differences.I’m getting my time on the elliptical machine up to 45 minutes now. Have not dropped an ounce or weight, nor can I blame it on gaining muscle, as my pants fit the same as before.

It's great stress relief for me, too, plus I'm asthmatic so it's all the more vitally important to keep my lungs used to the fact that I'm not bending down to their decreased oxygen acceptance.
