Ah! That sounds about right. Thanks!
As much as I'm enjoying Fringe, I think there are multiple shows that are ahead of Fringe for that category. Mad Men, Rubicon, Sons of Anarchy, and Boardwalk Empire, for example. With Lost over and Dexter/Office/Sunny sucking, I declare Fringe the best show currently on TV! :P
Hey i thought in the red universe that Olivia's sister died during birth or am i totally wrong here.
Great episode and wish we could see more of the red universe cause i actually like this crew better than the blues side. Would be a nice spin off.
Hoboken in the other universe doesn't look like the one here.

Yeah, sister did die, her mother's still alive.
I liked the ST reference with the Vulcan mind meld.
And am I wrong, but didn't Olivia have a father or step-father issue? The birthday card reminders? It'd be nice if, at some point, they just cleared that up and closed the book on it, even if it's just "We found your father's remains--he was killed in [whatever gruesome method] [however-many] years ago (like, right after he sent that last card). He won't be bothering you again." Or some comment between the sisters. Something just to end that storyline.
I'm not sure how you logically draw that conclusion from the episode. In the episode it just so happens that this one smart person is evil. But it certainly doesn't follow that just because one smart person is evil that they all are evil. Certainly, as we've seen, not every smart person on Fringe is evil (e.g. Olivia).Oh, I forgot, really smart people are all evil.
There's also the question of The Observers. Where do they come from? Red? Blue? Purple?
I kind of like the idea of a reconciliation between Red and Blue. And, somehow, I think the Observers are key. IIRC, they wanted to make sure Peter survived. Peter is needed to run The Machine. I'll be interested to learn what those connections are.
Walternate's machine would not be something helpful to the prime universe, otherwise why go though all this trouble and cause so much death and destruction in the process instead of just coming out with the truth?
Oh, I forgot, really smart people are all evil.
