Really, you won't be able to convince anyone supporting him using facts and his financial history. They'll just see the money and go ga-ga over it.

It is hard to present a credible case with falsehoods. Even when you do make a good point or bring up something interesting for discussion, you are going to have a hard time finding traction when people dismiss you based on past falsehoods.

If the American people elect politicians who support the President's legislation then there was a public mandate.
If the American people elect politicians who will remove, defund or gut the President's legislation then there wasn't a public mandate to start with.

I could highlight your ignorance of the American electoral process anyways, which must be much different from your native land of Mexico. I high doubt that an American would forget that Presidential elections are only every four years.
Instead, I will question how the GOP will overturn law without a 2/3rds majority in both houses. They might be poised to make big gains, but only a mental leprechaun would even consider that sort of political parting of the seas.
I want to know what the deal is with the three smilies.

Oh now Roger Wilco, don't be a big silly. Of course all mid term election are a referendums on the President of the United States job performance. Just as the 2012 election will be the President's big job review, that where the President will find out if his employers are going to be "letting him go."
Now when did anybody even briefly mention a Presidential election? You may be interested to know that Congress makes (and un-makes) laws ... not the Executive Branch.
But why go through all the fuss and bother of overturning a law when congress can simply defund it? It really would be just so much easier. And a wonderful cost saving measure too. If we save enough money, perhaps there can be another tax cut?
In terms of actual overturning it, you honestly think that two Independents and thirteen or fourteen Democrats in the Senate wouldn't see the way the winds are blowing and vote (maybe in the middle of the night) to overturn certain legislation? Maybe with a nice juicy highway bill attached to it. Getting a bunch of Dems in the House might be just as easy.
And if they can get two-thirds of Congress, guess what, that mean they can over-ride a Presidential veto too ... won't that be fun?
