Very good Trippy! Back in March, I used this picture for a screen cap I posted at another board. I'd say that this qualifies as a form of TnT appreciation (assuming we appreciate them with a little humor).

T'POL [thinking]: Why did Trip refer to it as "his junk"? Highly illogical. Given it's size, I can think of a good number of useful things to do with it, which certainly would not qualify it as "junk".

I'll help you, if you want me to, but 2 thing first. (1) Separate thread. (2) Do we need permission? You have to have a sense of humor for this and the rules here are very narrowly interpreted.

Well, every time I go to post something I worry might be too questionable, I keep being told that as long as it's no worse than PG-13 it's all good...though I've failed to convey that I still am apprehensive because different people and sites have different interpretations of what PG-13 *is*. Honestly, I don't think our little TnT screencap story is any racier than anything in, say, the 5 Words Only thread.

Whether or not we need a separate thread, I don't know. We *do* tell a story about TnT using pictures featuring them, so that, to me, counts as "TnT appreciation."

As for permission, I already got it from the other participants once. As long as we give credit for the ideas that are not our own, it'll be fine.

If you're not sure (and you don't seem to be sure), it's a good idea to run it by one of the moderators. T/T shippers have a sense of humor too, but you're giving me the impression that it may not be as cut-and-dried as that.

Honestly, I don't think it's a big deal. And there isn't anything gross; the pictures all come from the show itself so again, nothing worse than T'Pol's butt crack...and the captions aren't anything you can't say on broadcast TV. Yes, there's some sexual innuendo, but nothing blatant, and I think maybe we're just a little gun shy because at the site where this originated, we were half-playfully admonished for taking the caption thread into the gutter...though the person begrudgingly admitted that it *was* pretty funny.

Really, if a few posts ago we could talk about Trip's "package" and "junk," and an mod was one of the people doing it...*shrug* Using that as a barometer, I don't think anything we've come up with is much dirtier than that.

Now, these same pictures and captions were met with enthusiastic hilarity at yet another forum. My opinion is, it's a matter of personal preference, but nothing that should be rule-breaking.
