Fucking to rock music. Now
that's how you kick off a Stargate episode.
At first I thought Scott was two-timing with Chloe and Lt. James, then when he got hit on the head and started bleeding out, I thought... Oh yeah, this is the hallucination episiode I read about earlier today.
The Bad: Not the strongest installment of
SGU. It felt like a Trek episode where the crew comes down with hallucinations or something. It was very straightforward and run-of-the mill for the most part. It was also too standalone.
The Good: Christopher McDonald. It was a surprise and a pleasure to see him again no matter how brief. Also, the ending was attention grabbing with Wray pleading with Greer followed by our characters still affected by what they did when it was all over. That last part is something you didn't see much of in Trek. Usually the crew was over it pretty quickly.
In the end, I'll go with 6 chevrons. I actually was falling asleep a bit, but only because I'm genuinely tired from a long day.

It was very average and I might have given it a 5, but the good points I mentioned above pushed the grade up a bit for me.
