First off, I highly doubt that an intact wooden boat would survive a glacial freeze. I also highly doubt that the Turkish government would close there borders to a scientific expedition, especially one that would bring tourist and their money. And since they are letting people in now to look for it, why hasn't someone gone to check out this previous claim. Edit to add: I looked it up and the group was using the Soviet/Turkish dispute over the Ararat area as the reason they couldn't prove their claim.Only in the sense that ages ago someone may have built a boat.I think it is pretty much a given that Noah's Ark happened

Hasn't someone 'found' the Ark every few years for the past several decades?![]()
Truth. I remember when 'Noah's ark' was found on Mount Ararat in the 80s.

How long is it in cubits?

Shocking - so it *is* a crock!
Or that the Shroud of Turin is a forgery created in the 13th or 14th century. One question. Now that apparently evangelicals think radiometric dating is a good and reliable tool when it tells them that some wood is 4800 years old will they believe it when radiometric dating tells them that objects are older then 6000 years old?

I thought Spam wasn`t allowed, If god flooded the world with water, firstly where did God get all the water and where did all the water drain away? The Whole world was underwater?! It just does not make sense!? The water would have no where to drain! Ugh my mind hurts.......!

The Chinese have a myth about Nüwa who repaired heaven to save the Earth from a flood. However, Nüwa was a female deity, not a male shipwright.
