Well I can tell you... Karl looks nothing like my family. 
And you kids keep debating on who gets what. I will just quietly slip in while everyone is distracted and take Karl for myself... and then kidnap cooleddie74 when no one is looking.

I hope we see more of Karl in the sequel and I hope he says He's Dead Jim also I want the relationship fleshed out more between Kirk,Spock and Bones.

what will Bones do in the sequel apart from being the doctor
^ Hopefully they will set up "The Triad" like they did in the original series. (Are you reading this Rob & Alex?) The three characters working together to solve problems while representing the different aspects of humanity is what made TOS great. The series and the previous movies hinged on Spock representing humanity's knowledge, McCoy our emotions and Kirk as the nexus of the two. I firmly believe that finding and creating that dynamic is key to catching the Trek lightening in the bottle again. So whatever the choose for McCoy to do, it will be incidental since he needs to be there as Kirk's emotional conscience first and foremost. But I just hope that his part in the next story is, well, huge. You can never have enough McCoy!

I suggested making him part of the center of the plot, with militant, angry Klingons kidnapping him so he can help them cure a deadly illness or something affecting the Empire...then a near-war breaks out when Starfleet tries to get him back.

Especially the look on his face in the first one. I think I may have stopped breathing when I first saw it. And it's now my desktop.

ETA: This is probably why I saw him wearing a wedding ring at the Scream Awards. Before, he only had that heart tattoo on his ring finger. If I was married to someone who could whip out a come-hither look like this, I'd want everyone to know he's taken, too! Actually, I'd probably have him in a chastity belt.

Enjoy. I've watched the film around 7 times since it was released here, but only once this week. Need to watch it again for the admirals.
*Picks da bunny off the ground* Maybe you should get JW to clean up the mess. Also book a plane ticket to Newcastle and you can watch the film with me. Charge it to JW also!!
I'm yet to have any dirty thoughts about him, but Karl was awesome during the film, as were the rest of the cast.

I think for the most part, dirty thoughts about Dr. McCoy are a prerequisite in this thread. Non-dirty thoughts are accepted too, even though they're not as much fun.

Pathfinder is on again this weekend (in the US). A pretty awful movie, but if you are getting the DTs from lack of Karl, you can put that one on.
