Let's see: MOT for my car, Road Tax for my car, a ton and a half of Lay's paprika chips, four 1l. bottles of Mezzo Mix Zero, the Anabasi by Xenophon (Valerio Massimo Manfredi's translation), a new pair of Diesel jeans (Viker).

Went ona spending spree yesterday (If spending $125 qualifies).

An new, improved pair of usb gaming headphones.

One of those usb dongles that you plug into your computer for converting vhs and tv programs into a digital format. I have a ton of old vhs tapes I want to copy to dvd then toss.

A new pillow.

A copy of Idiocracy for $8.

Various food items and ingredients for a fresh batch of Rat Chow.

Good to see we're all doing our part to get the economy rolling.

Online i ordered:
Guitar Hero: Greatest Hits(PS3)
Super Furry Animals - Dark Days/Light Years
Shakespear's Sister - Platinum Collection

And at the shops i bought:
Anouk - For Bitter Or Worse
Colin Mcrea DiRT 2(PS3)

Two pair of faux fur lined generic brand ;) Uggs.

I don't care how ugly they are, those boots are the most comfortable shoe ever invented.

I bought some art supplies. Six pencils, HB, B, B2, B4, B6, B7, a pencil sharpener, and an eraser. Setting up my DeviantArt page has been very motivating, and I'm going to start selling soon! I expect this thread to be loaded with purchases of art prints and postcards and things from my shop!!!

Comfort is important. Out of all the "dress" shoes I own, only one pair is really uncomfortable, but they're so awesome I couldn't resist.

So..

Wednesday we bought this couch and the matching loveseat, coffee, sofa and end table.

Today I bought four new Riedel Vivant Pinot Noir Glasses and four Riedel Vivant Burgandy glasses. Can't wait to use the Pinot's tomorrow!

We replaced our other coffee maker -- no, not because I accidently brewed too much kitty kibble ;) It's a much better brewer with a bean grinder which we'll give a try this weekend.
mmm, fresh coffee :techman:

NICE.

Riedel are lovely, but I actually prefer using standardised ISO tasting glasses, even when not actually doing wine tastings. I have a nice set of crystal glasses and flutes (not Riedel standard, but nice enough) that hardly ever get used. My ISO ones are in constant use.

A new laser printer/scanner, various food items, and 5 seasons of a tv show for my mom's Christmas present. Couldn't beat the $15 a season.
