The 1st and 2nd seasons of Northern Exposure on DVD, I adore this show. According to my sister and her boyfriend, if Ed and Chris had a baby it would be me. Of course, they also said that I am a perfect mix of Carla and Lilith from Cheers. On the surface the two possibilities seem contradictory, but I think they may be right.
A necessary evil: I renewed my car insurance for the year. Owie owie ouch.

We just pay ours monthly over 10 months. It's like $1650 or so for the two of us. Insurance is real expensive in Mass.
Those two months at the end before we renew are a nice bonus though.

I stimulated the econony today by purchasing the Deep Space Nine books "The Soul Key" and "The Never-Ending Sacrifice". The DS9 relaunch is taking far too long between books. I can barely remember what happened in the last one.
