its a tricky one, the courts may not have found him guilty but plenty of people still think he is guilty (decent chance he is) im not sure I would want the US government to honour someone with such a cloud over him.

He was found not guilty of the specific charges leveled against him in that instance. This does not mean that he was not a pedophile, just that those specific charges had insufficient evidence to find him guilty.

Trekker4747;3157487 Also keep in mind that under our current legal system the Burden of Proof is on the prosecution and the prosecution in this case couldn't meet that burden either in evidence or witnesses. That means in the eyes of the law Jackson is innocent and should not be held accountable said:so tha means OJ is innocent too.
