Ballad of the (recently) circumcised man

I can't comment on changes to my sex life as I'm not allowed to do that for about a month.

However, I can comment on changes to my lavatorial life. It seems that a foreskin slows down the flow of urine. It's all a bit uncivilised and poorly aimed at the moment.

My wife is very displeased :scream:.

After another painful wake up last night (stupid horny dream I can't remember) it appears I have busted a couple of stitches . Going to have to go back to the hospital later own to be sown up.

I read somewhere they use foreskin that has removed during these procedures to treat burn victims.
Of course you knew that already, it's a very noble thing of you to do! :techman:

Found it:
Dermagraph is the only artificial skin product on the market made from human tissue. Made from human foreskin, Dermagraph-TC can make enough skin to cover six to eight football fields from one male sample.

hmm, there's a "dick-face" joke in there somewhere, right? ;)

and maybe 6-8 football fields is the max they can make from YOURS...

Ouch. Hope you get it sorted, and it heals soon.

You could have it made into a purse and if you're going away for a couple of days just give it a rub *Hey Presto* a weekend bag :)

I heard that they use removed foreskin to replace people's eyelids. There was some type of problem associated with it though....

An unhappy update about the little fella:

Where the stitches have popped it appears I may have become infected (bacteria are fast little buggers). I'm now having to irrigate the wound 3 times a day and I am taking anitbiotics (augmentin).

I'm feeling fairly depressed about the whole thing. I've always been very good about my personal hygeine and I had to have lessons in cleaning it at the hospital the other day. I'm a Biology lecturer and felt quite patronised by the whole thing.

Tests should be back on Wednesday to identify the bacteria. I just want them to sow me up so I can get on with healing but I realise that that will just trap the bacteria and make it worse.

:(

On the upside my wife took me to see 'The Hangover' last night and it was very funny.

 Jesus. I am cringing in sympathetic pain and curled in a fetal position protecting my junk as I read this.

I'm sorry you're having to go through all of this, man. :(

The Hangover was good, but I don't think it's good enough to make you forget about that. Sorry to hear of your suffering. Hope you get sorted soon.
