A few of my college friends came back into town for a wedding, and they stopped by TGI Fridays to visit me at work. I hadn't seen any of them in about 2 years.

Also, I shaved my beard, so my face looks pudgy.

Very nice. I think you look better clean shaven.

Nevermind all that though, nevermind the fact that I want to feel better with myself and feeling by getting thinner, I actually HAVE to get thinner to not have physical problems. There's several joint problems in my family not to mention the odd heart problems and diabetes. So it's get thinner or die a bit too quickly.

I can empathise with physical issues affecting it. I had to lose a tonne of weight before I could feel comfortable moving (and even now my knees still refuse to work most of the time) but I think I've falled into the 'you only live once' mindset and still pushing myself both physically and with my health.

Definatly agree on the sexy being a state of mind. I feel less attractive at 180lbs than I did at 250.

Yeah I really just feel...bulbous. Like I'm swollen almost. And yeah I'm a bit too much into the "only live once" mindset at times as well. So much shit I want to do before I keel over!
