Daleks in Smith's first story- Old news. Months ago on OG there was a thread - even before Smith was cast - that Moffat wasn't so keen to use the Daleks, but the BBC wanted their money's worth out of their agreement with the Nation Estate and so were insisting that the Daleks appear in season 5 as in every season. The same thread further speculated that Moffat had said somewhere that if he had to use them, he'd put them in the first story to get them over with.

A story invented by the proven liar and all round nutter Eddie.

It was ages ago - I don't remember who brought it up, but in any case it was still a thread on OG before Smith was cast, so it's still a case of the tabloids ripping off that thread and adding a fearmongering "in case Smith isn't popular" element.

It was definitely Eddie-- he started off implying that it was Moffat's planned storyline, then when someone pointed out that Moffat had mentioned his first episode in a podcast and it didn't sound like part of a Dalek two-parter, came up with the "BBC pressure" angle to cover.
