What is your one favourite game ever?

Homeworld 2. I played it online for a few years and became GODLIKE at it. Seriously, nobody could beat me.

Mass Effect.

Yes, I know the Uncharted Worlds are mostly lame. But I don't care.

Mass Effect for me too. And I actually like the uncharted worlds. They got a little repetitive, but the novelty of being able to blast down on them and rove around in the MACO was too cool.

I enjoyed them as well, but I hope in the sequel they make traveling over the rough landscape less of a pain in the ass

When I was younger, my favourite game was probably Earthworm Jim on the Megadrive. I loved platformers and in my eyes this was the perfect platformer.

For later generation consoles, it has to be Psychonauts. It wasn't flawless, but I honestly don't believe I've ever enjoyed a game as much.

The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past.

Fuck Yes. Every Zelda game since has been a blatant copy of it.

-Max Paye
-Resident Evil 2 and 4
-KOTOR
-Oblivion
-Final Fantasy 7
-Zelda: Ocarina Of Time
-Street Fighter 2
-Mortal Kombat series

And I'm really digging Jade Empire

And I'm really digging Jade Empire

Jade Empire was awesome and I hope they make a sequel someday. There were rumors of a PS3 exclusive sequel a whiles back but I doubt anything will happen until they finish up SW:TOR and the Mass Effect Trilogy.

That rumor sounds like hogwash to me. They've always been X-Box exclusive and there is no way they would put one of their sequels exclusively on that loser system.

When I say a whiles back I'm talking about pre-360/PS3 release. Before they released Mass Effect and way before SW:TOR was even a glimmer in gamers eyes.

Either way, I don't see why you're so confident that it would be an exclusive. Assasin's Creed, Bioshock, Tales of Vesparia, Eternal Sonata, and Final Fantasy XIII and Devil May Cry 4 all started out as system exclusives. Look what happened to that ;)

Well, they do have at least one other game team (who worked on their Sonic RPG for the DS). Who knows what they're up to? :)

Because The X-Box is doing well where as the PS3 is not. That's why most developers canceled their exclusives with Sony. Also, Bioware is always associated with X-Box. It's where they made it big. If X-Box starts to tank then they might jump ship, but to jump ship for a near-dead system like PS3 and give them an exclusive sequel to a game that was exclusively on X-Box 1.0 is just delusional thinking on the part of PS3 fans.

Manhunt.

I've played it through to completion three times.

And I've published an academic article about the many ways in which the game encourages the player to kill, and enjoy killing.

Any game that gets me a publication is automatically my favourite.
