A co-worker of mine on the second day of taking over as manager of our department yelled to me from her office "OMG! My computer is freaking out! I think I'm being hacked! Don, get in here quick!"
So, I go in and sure enough, her computer was scrolling crazily. I took her hand off the space bar and left.

Years ago I was in my work clothes (specific to the store, with logo, nametag etc.) in a completely different store. Another customer asked me something, and I politely said I didn't know as I didn't work there, and I told her where I worked... she didn't believe me, and made a show reading my shirt and reading the store name on it carefully...
But recently... in first aid, we were learning what to do for various injuries that involve open wounds, especially the bad bleeder ones... or if internal organs come out, etc. After learning it, one guy asked whether if he found a wounded person he could simply call 911 and stand back and wait for help. The instructor said of course you call the ambulance, but this is what you do til they arrive, and the 911 operator will have questions, so this will help the first aider to answer them. The guy answered -Why? I mean, it's not like the ambulance isn't going to come anyway...
