Actually it's kind of funny but they want to know your entire medical history, which we don't have really because of how many different doctors I've been too. We can't remember some of the situations on why we went but only knew it was important.
It's not funny at all, and probably why you got denied. You say your mom knows all this stuff about insurance, yet she doesn't know your history? She thinks its ok to commit fraud?>
Insurance companies have databases that contain ALL your information. Strong work.
Dude, I have conditions that even specialists have never ever seen and I had to go to specialists doctors that we've forgotten about because they said simply they can't fix it and that was that. So why keep records on that stuff? Plus in 20 years, the stuff they knew then pales to what they know now. Hell in fact, the condition in my arm could be a thesis paper for a doctor, that's how rare of a condition it is.
No, my mom doesn't know my history. We either thrown some of that stuff out or can't get it. I had a leg problem that they thought would clear up when I got older but oops, they were wrong. The records are gone because we didn't think it was going to be a problem after a few years but then they realized they had it wrong and that my leg was a problem.
It's funny that the right to life is being trumped by the rights of capitalism. If the insurance companies didn't short cut anyone, we wouldn't have a problem.
