Looks ok. I like the medical scanner. The ear-thing is fine. The communicator is alright.

I strongly suspect that McCoy's Medical Tricorder might be a very different device than the other Tricorders.

It might not actually be a Tricorder, but maybe a different diagnostic device..

I think it's actually just the separate scanner part - remember how medical tricorders always had a smaller twirly (or blinky in the 24th century) and humming sensor implement, with the readout appearing on a normal tricorder.

Either that or, since it's larger this time, they've just combined it into a new device
