It's predictable that at Trekmovie.com and here people like Uhura's earpiece best - not because it looks particularly good or sensible or anything, but simply because it looks like what we've already seen in TOS.

Just had to go for the cheap shot, didn't you...

I'd like to see the communicator open, but not seeing anything really objectionable here...

It's weird, I didn't like the fact that they used barcode scanners on the bridge, but I have no problem that they use pepper mills in sickbay. In fact, I'm happy about it.

Just need a microphone/heartbeat reader and I'm all set.
