This made me laugh.
Gul Dukat. Genocide, comfort women.. well lots of stuff. Kai Winn is VILE but she didn't have the opportunities Gul Dukat had so her vileness is less bloody.
I predict that Kai Winn will win this poll though, so loathed is she.

Out of pure survival I'd kill Dukat before I kill an older, less then physically fit woman. Dukat would be more albe to harm me then Winn would, as long as the empty gun can disappear since you don't need to be a fit military man to beat someone to death with a heavy blunt object.
Dukat would be the greater threat to my life so I'd definitely have to take him out first. I wouldn't want him getting close to me, so he'd need to be shot. Winn...I might be able to take my chances on knocking her out with the barrel of the gun if necessary. But even if they weren't threatening me, Dukat's the one whose crimes are proven beyond doubt and therefore should be executed first.
Sadly, Winn's managed to cover up a lot of her crimes even though anyone with half a brain in her head knows what she's done.

I'd kill Winn- without her, after Waltz, Dukat wasn't really a threat. He'd done all the wrong he could. Now, I blame Kira for not killing him in the past. That was insane, I mean, she didn't have to kill anyone else, the bystanders obviously had time to get to safety.
Well there is the whole ripping a hole in the time/space continum to think about.
I would probably shoot Dukat, he was the one who encouraged Winn to seek out the Pah-Wraith and the Costa-Mogin. If he had encouraged Winn to seek out the will of the prophets all the crap would probably not gone down. The Only good Dukat is a Dead Dukat, I'm just dissapointed that Damar did not live to see the end of the war. It also would have been cool in Weyoun lived to see it also...
I'd be dead, whatever happens within corporeal matters would be unable to effect me anymore.

Winn was just.... ughhh I hate that woman. She uses god as an excuse to do anything she wants. I would shoot her in a heartbeat. I do kinda like Dukat though...

I loved Kai Winn in that 'love-to-hate' way - she made my skin crall whenever she was patronising Kira or rubbing up Sisko. Religion was an excuse for her to gain power and influence; she was truly out for herself. I think she'd get the bullet, even though Dukat has probably done more bad things on the whole.
Shoot Dukat in the head and pistol whip Kai Winn to death.
