My wife gave me a Chicago Cubs-branded Santa hat, a Nintendo GameCube memory card (I just got
Rogue Squadron on the Wii, so thanks for the free GameCube, Nintendo) and the
Jurassic Park trilogy. Afterwards, she gave me a new (sorely needed) beard trimmer. I no longer look like a Wookiee.
From my parents, we were given a new Hoover EmPower bagless vacuum cleaner. It's not something we needed at all, given that a friend of mine just gave us a practically new Hoover vacuum (one that my mom saw when she visited our new place), but, whatever.
From my parents also, my wife got
WALL-E, three very nice tops / sweaters, a
gigantic Wisconsin Badgers fleece blanket (it's about 5'x11'), a Green Bay Packers / Badgers table runner, and some other nice little things.
From my parents, I got ... uh, a box of fire-starters (short little blocks of wood that are good to help kindle a fire in the fireplace), and
LEGO Batman for our Xbox 360.
I think my parents like my wife more than me.
