but I don't think the Oscar voters need to be reminded about it. It's a stunning film, highly likely to at least get nominated for best picture, and Ledger is a virtual lock for best actor.
LOTR was much more Oscar material. TDK might get a nomination in the same vein as Star Wars or Field of Dreams but it won't actually win anything except technical awards (or perhaps a writing nod if the Academy is inclined to go that route).

I saw it at the discount theater just last weekend. I think the next time I'll see it will be on DVD, even though it's still playing.
