Scenario 1: You are in an elevator. Zack Quinto comes in. He smiles at you like any stranger would to another stranger in an elevator. Beyond that, he presses his floor button and proceeds to stand quietly in the elevator next to you.

Do you A) keep quiet yourself or B) let into to him for playing Spock.

Scenario B: Leonard Nimoy comes up to you and starts a conversation. Do you rip into him for being in the new movie? Or does he get a pass?

Scenario III: This one is a little bit different. I want to understand your thought process a bit better. You meet the cast of New Voyages. Do you proceed to call them posers and begin yelling at them if they come up to you?

I guess I find your thought process on this so outrageous that I simply cannot believe that you seriously think acting in such a way would be acceptable, especially for such a silly reason when there are so many other, more important issues in the world to get worked up over.

If I did run into these guys, I'd want to let, bluntly, let them know that not all Trek fans are happy about this movie being made and their involvement in it.
