Greater than the Sum: Where is the Kindle Version??

Looks like tomorrow is the day though for the paper version. 
Mobipocket charges list price. So the price is too high. And it's embarrassing that S&S cannot get the eBook up after a month.

At least they managed to get Kobayashi Maru up within a week of their announced date; hopefully it's a sign of things to come, even if Sum and MU2 aren't available yet.
I love how it appears that it's only Trek that's fracked, though; the last Warcraft and Hellgate: London books were both available on the announced date.
