Well, I think many of us wish for many others here that the Trek fan stereotype of being a virgin wasn't true. Not that "we" look down upon it but I think many wish for the best for some here and are saddened when they can't find love or are unsure how and they become reclusive because of it. I don't the anybody here deserves to be alone........................well, maybe Frontline.

Then stop looking for mates that are Trek fans.

None of the women I've ever dated were. If they like the person you are, then they'll come to "tolerate" your love of sci-fi..................just as long as you "tolerate" what she enjoys as well.

I guarantee you that most of the married men on this board are bigger sci-fi fans than their wives.
