it's like continuing to pull the trigger when there's no more rounds.

what's the point?

It's not that bad. Well until she hears you start to snore.

the snoring she's used to. It's when I've had mexican food for dinner.... :wtf:

that banishes me to the sofa.

I guess, in retrospect, trying to pull the covers over her head wasn't the best of ideas even though it seemed funny at the time
No, it's not a good idea, ever. Most of us women really don't like that at all.

Cuddling is really nice, for a little while. Then it's too claustrophobic.

I'm going to take your word for the "most of us women" part. The data I have specifically relates to one woman, and I'm afraid if I tried to gather more data, I'd have bigger problems ;)

Of course you would. ;)

DH has tried it a few times, though he seems to have stopped after I flipped him off the bed using one of my lovely self-defense moves. :D

No, strangely enough, he doesn't. He thinks they're good for me. I had to give them up with things the way they are right now, but I want to pick them back up once things settle down again.

Yeah, are we allowing virginity to be used as an insult on a Star Trek board?
I never knew virginity came in degrees.

Me neither, but taunting people for not having had sex is all a bit frat boy, really.
Maybe but Alpha (like myself ) are very Old School and that's just how stuff was with our generation. Not making excuses but I don't think it was meant in any malicious way. I seemed like a joke too me.

Fair enough, not making a big deal about it, it just seems a bit of an odd thing to do on a Star Trek forum of all places. I suppose you didn't say "Go point your ears, Spock!" ;)

Well, I think many of us wish for many others here that the Trek fan stereotype of being a virgin wasn't true. Not that "we" look down upon it but I think many wish for the best for some here and are saddened when they can't find love or are unsure how and they become reclusive because of it. I don't the anybody here deserves to be alone........................well, maybe Frontline.:p

If male Trek fans didn't outnumber female ones so much then the problem would have its own solution. :)

Then stop looking for mates that are Trek fans.

None of the women I've ever dated were. If they like the person you are, then they'll come to "tolerate" your love of sci-fi..................just as long as you "tolerate" what she enjoys as well.;)

I guarantee you that most of the married men on this board are bigger sci-fi fans than their wives.
