What would you change in Star Trek: Enterprise to make it better?

In TAS:

SULU: "The Kzinti fought four wars with humankind and lost all of them. The last one was two hundred years ago, and you haven't learned a thing since."

Two hundred years ago would have placed the last war in the 2060's. Of course one needs to take this date with a grain of salt because the 23rd century wasn't yet established as the date for TOS during TAS.
Two hundred years to the second. ;)

Based on what we saw in FC, there would have been no way humanity would have been able to fight four interstellar wars in the 2060's.
I was thinking more 2110s or so. I see it as possible that humans could have beat the "warrior race" in a minor-skirmish-for-the-Kzinit big-deal-for-us sort of thing. One of the points of the show is the special traits of humans (e.g., ingenuity, etc.). If the Viet Cong could whoop our ass ...

I haven't even thought about Kzinti using food flavors to enhance raw meat. And yes, because Kzinti are mentioned in DS9, and STPic, they are available...

Especially if you pay them.

Why do Kzinti need money? Because they have discovered that humans make excellent cat groomers...

This is not the problem in Star Trek...

Pierson Puppeteers are the problem.

After all by Puppeteer's standards, Kzinti eat baby food
