By strange coincidence both trilogies lasted 19 years.
Good story ideas are supposed to be rebooted and readapted. It was that way long before the movies were invented. Legacy Sequels are hot right now but the underlying concept is the same.
Not sure where you're getting the 19 in SW's case.
