I had assumed differently -- that "the way to keep it going" is that eventually Qimir and Osha try to take down Plagueis together, but they lose.
I figured that was one path. I imagined Osha would stay with The Sith only to die by Palpatine after betraying Qimir.
People have a funny way of making up their minds about stuff. Like disliking the ST and then taking that to mean all future SW projects must be devoid of value, or condemning shows they didn't even watch.I can't imagine why her series was mostly received with yawns and indifference.
Being angry is more fun than enjoyment of a franchise. Mockery more fun than engagement.People have a funny way of making up their minds about stuff. Like disliking the ST and then taking that to mean all future SW projects must be devoid of value, or condemning shows they didn't even watch.
And that's all some people have.Being angry is more fun than enjoyment of a franchise. Mockery more fun than engagement.

Indeed, and I did more than my fair share in the past in fan groups. The anger became too much and the antipathy towards people was frustrating. And that's all some people have.
Agreed. That's pure toxicity and those people never add anything of substance to a conversation. Not worth responding to in any manner.Criticism is well and good but laced with angry rhetoric and personal mockery of the people behind the works makes me sad.

Why the price increase? We are getting Qimir in the Vintage Collection in the upcoming wave with Shaak Ti and AOTC Padmé in her white Tatooine and Geonosis outfit. Whatever one thinks of The Acolyte as a series the news that he's coming in 3.75" format and the fact he just got released as a 6" Black Series figure shows the character himself has more than enough popularity to justify pushing his collectables in a current toy environment with lots of fan dissatisfaction over both the Disney+ streaming content and rising toy prices.
Qimir will be a $19.99 figure in the U.S., a three dollar increase from what he would have sold for until this month.

Hasbro has been increasing them steadily past several years. Tariffs just have given a plausible excuse. Why the price increase?
