I believe that Dario put the emphasis on the word "ignore" in his statement, but people can do what they want.
He can "ignore" She-Hulk in that the events of that show aren't going to have any relevance to the show he is producing, which doesn't mean that that show didn't happen. He also "ignored" Matt's appearance in the Spider-Man movie, but that doesn't mean it didn't happen.
I disagree, but, again, people can do what they want.
I also recognize that my opinion that Tatiana should come back but be meeting Matt for the first time if she does is out of step with the mainstream, but I just think it's the cleanest option if you want to make Charlie Cox happy without actively harming and contradicting Matt's established characterization.
Also, as has been pointed out a couple of times, the evidence on screen does point to the opposite of that simply because we saw the helmet for the costume that he wore in She-Hulk, which is a tacit if not direct reference to the events of that show.

We'll probably never get any definitive answer beyond Dario's comment about ignoring She-Hulk and Matt's one-night-stand (even though that's what I''d personally like to see), so people can do what they want.
For me, though, Dario's statement is proof enough that, for Daredevil: Born Again, the events of She-Hulk never happened even if Matt did wear a She-Hulk-style costume at some point between 2017 and 2027.
But here's the thing: Tatiana can reprise Jen as a direct continuation of their prior relationship but that's all that's referenced. All the new viewers need to know is that Matt and Jen have a prior brief relationship sometime in the past when Matt visited California. It's no different from introducing a new characters and saying "Hey, Matt had this previous relationship and now you're meeting her for the first time."

This is probably the much more likely route that a Tatiana appearance in Born Again would take, but it still wouldn't necessarily or automatically be a tacit acknowledgment of She-Hulk's events specifically (IMO) because the likely implication for why Matt would have been in California in the first place would be that he was visiting Karen sometime after Foggy's death in late 2025 rather than for the reasons depicted in She-Hulk.
Like I said before, your eagerness to ignore She-Hulk is extraordinary.
Im not 'eager' to ignore She-Hulk; I just interpret Dario's comment about him having done so more bindingly than others do.

The man clearly said it is canon, he just didn't want to deal with it in his show.
Sure. You do you. You always stretch like Reed Richards to make the story fit the way you want it to be anyway, so why should this be any different?
At any rate, if Dario really were going to ignore She-Hulk, then why would he even bother putting in the yellow helmet instead of, you know, just ignoring it? Putting the helmet in the scene is the opposite of ignoring it. That is a nod and a wink to the audience.
And why I ignore Matt's one night stand? He's always been portrayed as the proverbial man-wh*re. If I were to venture a guess, I'd say your real issue with She-Hulk is the Disney plus menu screen and the conversation with KEVIN in the "real" world.
Not only do I put more emphasis on his use of the word "ignore", I have a different read on what he's saying with the phrase " you can say that Daredevil is Canon to the MCU" in that his use of the word 'that' is referencing the Daredevil from She-Hulk as being distinct from the version of Daredevil he wanted to bring back as part of his retooling of Born Again.
I have no reason to hate She-Hulk as a series because I've never seen it, so this all comes down to my treating Dario's comment and use of the word 'ignore' in said comment more bindingly than others do.

Dario Scardapane dismissed She-Hulk in specific relation to his retooling of Born Again; I'm just less inclined to see loopholes in that dismissal than others because I'm an 'absolutist'.

I'm not seeing a dismissal. I'm seeing an acknowledgment with a caveat that they won't be referencing it in Born Again. Also, as an "absolutist", how do you deal with the casting changes of Rhodey, Bruce Banner and Fandral?

2. I'm an 'absolutist' in that I treat Word of God statements (like Dario Scardapane's comment about ignoring the events of She-Hulk) as absolutely definitive and binding when they're not explicitly and definitively contravened by onscreen evidence
It's the same reason why I give Christopher Markus and Steven McFeely's comments about their intention for the end of Steve Rogers' story as presented in Endgame - that,he went back into the past of his own timeline and married Peggy, thus creating a Closed Loop where he was always her unseen husband - more credence and hold said intent as Canonically binding over the Russo Brothers' interpretation that he created a Branched Timeline and then somehow acquired the Pym Particles necessary to return to his own timeline in the year 2023.
In my 'absolutist' point of view, the inclusion of the She-Hulk Daredevil helmet in Born Again does not constitute evidence that is explicitly and unequivocally in opposition to Dario Scardapane's statement that he ignored the events of She-Hulk and that said events did not happen to the version of Matt Murdock that emerged following the retooling of Born Again.
Actually, if they ever do bring Jen into Daredevil, I want she and Karen to make Matt uncomfortable by comparing notes. That would be gold. I'm thinking of the scene where Rose and Sarah Jane bonded in "School Reunion".
